 | One of Honey Bear’s favorite things to do is gather at the frig with all the dogs waiting for an ice cube ‘treat’. He has to fight the dogs, and often loses many before he gets one; but when he does get one, he stalks off haughtily, growling at any dog daring to challenge. Off he will go, into the living room, where he drops it and chases it from one end of the room to the other until it melts into a puddle which, of course, we get to clean up! Recently he figured out the workings of the dispenser and actually got his own ice cube... Thank heavens for the lock! |

What a Silly Grin! He could easily win a 'photo shoot' for his crazy poses! |

| Honey Bear - The "Lone" Feline Amongst the Canines! | Does that daunt him? Not one bit, in fact he accepts it as his personal life challenge! He is a Manx, and if you check out some of the Manx characteristics, one they have (besides being able to jump incredibly long spans) is that they often have ‘dog-like’ attributes. He will actually sit at the front door when we leave and yowl to go with us. |

One thing he has to stop doing is sleeping in the engine compartment of the Big Red Truck… Last time it was pretty scary! We are so grateful to our Vet for saving his leg – the prognosis was looking toward amputation. But to see him now, you’d never know that it was mangled so badly. | | He’s the most loving Poody Pat a family could ask for; he loves it when we rub his head and ears and he’ll stretch out fully on his back for a friendly tickle and rub on his tummy. He also owns our bed and has his own little spot nestled in the crook of one of our arms. He’s the best little Feline addition
to our Muttley Crew! |
