CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS If a cancellation for first time service is made after the Consultation Visit, the 50% deposit will only be refunded if direct contact is made with us by 48 hours prior to the start of service. ~~~ If a cancellation is necessary for an established service, no charge will apply if direct contact is made with us by 48 hours prior to service; if not, it will be considered a No Show and full charges will be billed.
